Pricing questions
One credit generates one image. Platform packs use 3–4 credits depending on how many images they include — an Amazon Listing Pack (4 images) uses 4 credits; an Etsy Handmade Pack (3 images) uses 3 credits. Scene pack shots use 1 credit each. Credits are shared across all platforms and packs in your plan.
Video: 3 credits per second at 720p, 4 per second at 1080p (a 10-second 1080p clip is 40 credits).

Yes. Every new account starts with 5 free scene credits and 20 free batch photos — no card required. The scene credits alone are enough to generate a full Etsy or Shopify listing set.
You can top up with a one-time credit pack at any time, subscription or not — $15 for 50 credits, $39 for 150, or $89 for 400. Top-up credits never expire.
Monthly plan credits reset each billing cycle and do not roll over. Yearly plan credits are allocated annually and remain available for the full year. Top-up credits purchased separately never expire.
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time from Settings → Billing. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.
We offer a full refund within 7 days of your first paid subscription if you are not satisfied. After that, subscription payments are non-refundable. Top-up credit packs are non-refundable.
