Pricing questions
One credit generates one image. Platform packs use 3–4 credits depending on how many images they include — an Amazon Listing Pack (4 images) uses 4 credits; an Etsy Handmade Pack (3 images) uses 3 credits. Scene pack shots use 1 credit each. Credits are shared across all platforms and packs in your plan.
Starter (100 credits): ~25 Amazon listings or ~33 Etsy/Shopify/Instagram listings per month. Pro (300 credits): ~75 Amazon listings or ~100 Etsy/Shopify listings. Business (1,000 credits): ~250 Amazon listings or ~333 Etsy/Shopify listings.

You can top up with a one-time credit pack at any time — $15 for 50 credits, $39 for 150, or $89 for 400. Top-up credits never expire as long as your subscription is active.
Monthly plan credits reset each billing cycle and do not roll over. Yearly plan credits are allocated annually and remain available for the full year. Top-up credits purchased separately never expire while your subscription is active.
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time from Settings → Billing. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.
We offer a full refund within 7 days of your first paid subscription if you are not satisfied. After that, subscription payments are non-refundable. Top-up credit packs are non-refundable.
